Dear Robert,

My wife and I met you a few hours after viewing the damages done to our house caused by a fire in the house attached to ours. We were in shock and depressed and had no idea how to handle all of the problems caused by the fire. All of our clothes were smoke damaged as well as our curtains, drapes and linens. You assured us that your company could clean everything quickly, while removing the odor of fire and smoke.

Your men arrived the next day exactly when you said they would. They were courteous, well organized and hard working even though the temperature was above 96 degrees. They answered all of our questions. In fact, they offered several suggestions on how to launder several of our personal items that we chose to clean ourselves.

The clothes and linens were cleaned quickly and you actually were ready to deliver them before our house was in order. You stored our clothes until we were ready to accept them. One morning, when we asked if you could find a couple of outfits that we needed, you searched through our stored clothes and had them ready for us that afternoon. When our house was ready you returned the clothes at our convenience. All of the clothes were protected by plastic bags and were neatly pressed. Again your men were very helpful in helping us organize and put the clothes away. When we realized we had a few articles of clothing that we neglected to give you, a truck was sent to pick them up and they were returned within two days.

Although the summer of 1999 was very difficult because of the damages to our home, you and your organization made the problem of our smoke damaged clothes easy. I have never dealt with a company as courteous, well organized and efficient as yours. Thank you again for making a very difficult time in our lives a little bit easier.
